Summary of Position
Agio provides customers with superior managed IT and cyber services. As we continue to expand out our client base, we are seeking a Senior End User Engineer. This is a critical role in helping Agio to continuously improve the security and performance of our client’s devices and applications through standardized configurations, automated deployments. The role will also involve supporting our end user team in the diagnosis and resolution of complex end user issues.
KEY DUTIES
- End user device and application build, configuration and automated deployments.
- OS and application patching and remediation.
- Application packaging.
- Development of M365 policies and standards.
- Technical support for complex end user issues including:
- Email delivery
- O365 policies and settings
- MFA
- Intune
- Application packaging
- OS performance
- Endpoint protection
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with all Agio teams to ensure consistent experiences for the clients around the world.
- Collaborate with all Agio teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as needed.
- Development of standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.
- Contributing to the roadmap for end user devices platforms and keeping up to date with industry developments for modern workplace.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have in depth experience of end user technologies including:
- Modern workplace
- Email, Microsoft 365, Intune and MFA MDM,VDI
- Microsoft DLP
- Remote management and patching platforms
- End user experience applications
- VDI and application virtualization
- Have working experience with patching solutions, Microsoft or third party such as Ivanti or an equivalent RMM tool.
- Have working experience of data protection solutions such as Microsoft Azure, VEEAM Rubric, Zerto.
- Have worked in both a proactive engineering capacity and a technical support role.
- Have superb oral and written communication skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Be passionate about delivering best-in-class managed services.
- Be ambitious, determined, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment both as a team and individually.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in information technology or related field
- One or more of following security certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- VMware Certified Professional
- Data protection certification
