Our goal on our social channels is to provide information about Natural Cycles, tips and tricks for a better experience, and sex education through helpful, relatable content and conversations.

About the role

Natural Cycles is seeking a Community Manager who will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing our online community, elevating our brand presence, and providing insights cross-team. Candidates who love fostering meaningful conversations with others and who are "in the know" about the news, pop culture, social media trends, and updates will thrive in this role. You will report to the Senior Social Media Manager.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is excited about Natural Cycles' mission. You should have strong writing skills, a witty sense of humor (for all of those comments!), attention to detail, and organic social media experience.

What you will be doing

• Help to grow our online community across our social channels through brand awareness & engagement

• Help to generate & source UGC content with our social media team

• Actively monitor & engage in conversations (Comments, DMs, and Mentions)

• Monitor our competitors

• Proactively search for common topics & opportunities to engage with

• Lead & provide insights to appropriate channels for optimization on a weekly basis + in appropriate meetings

• Have a consistent pulse on all relevant trends, pop culture moments, and news (especially when it involves women's health/birth control)

• Ensure all content aligns with Natural Cycles' regulatory guidelines & quality standards

What skills and experience we think you have

• Knowledge of the communication style & Engagement guidelines for various Organic Social Media channels - especially Instagram & TikTok

• Interest in women's health & strong desire to support our mission

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• An understanding of the Natural Cycles Social voice

• Previous experience with women's healthcare companies is a plus

• A love for social media, making authentic connections, and identifying trends

• Experience in reporting both subjective and objective metrics that bring insight to the team on online conversations & provide potential solutions to drive Growth & Sales.
